Simple Steps to Perfect Injera

Take package contains 1 serving powder

Take package contains 1 serving powder. Open the package and prepare your serving of our premium teff injera mix.

Mix it with 350 ml of warm water in a bowl

Ensure the water is warm (not hot) for the perfect consistency and activation of the natural fermentation.

Make sure the mixture is well combined

Make sure the mixture is well combined. Stir thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter with the perfect traditional texture.

Heat your cooking pan to around 360°F

Preheat your injera pan or non-stick skillet to the optimal temperature for authentic results.

Once the pan is ready, pour in the mixture and cook it

Pour the batter in a circular motion, cook until bubbles form, then cover and steam to perfection.
